How Does My Meat Get Delivered?
Your order will be prepared freshly on the day of order and packed into a specially insulated carton. These contain ice gel packs which keep your order chilled for up to two days. Then your order will be stored in our cold rooms until it is despatched.

All orders will be despatched on the day of ordering (wherever possible) and we aim to have your order delivered to your door within 24 hours.

What If I Am Not At Home For The Delivery?
When you order you will be given the opportunity to add 'Special Instructions'. This could contain instructions such as 'Leave with my neighbour next door' or 'Leave at Number 7, across the road'. Our gel packs last for up to two days.

What Is Your Minimum Order?
Our minimum order is £49.99 plus delivery charges.
