Anglo Welsh Meats was established in 1997 and originally had only 2 employees. Now, 9 years on, we employ 20 staff who are all fully committed to ensuring our customers take home only the very finest cuts of meat at the most competitive prices in the UK.

We are one of the largest independent buyers of fresh meat in North Wales so we can source meat from the biggest and best producers. This in turn means that we are buying at the lowest possible prices.

ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO PREPARE YOUR MEAT..
At Anglo Welsh Meats all staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 in Food Safety and Preparation.
This training is given to all employees in-house so that we are confident that your food is being prepared and cared for by individuals who have a much greater understanding of food handling than just the average basic food training certificate that is normally expected.
All of our senior members of the butchery and catering departments also receive HACCP (Hazard & Critical Control Point Training), which again ensures that the food you buy is being handled by professionals with a much greater than normal level of expertise. |
